- For Property Sourcing Services: Cancellations can be requested prior to the initiation of the sourcing process.
- For Consultations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.
- For Short-Term Rental Management Services: Cancellations must adhere to the terms specified in the service agreement.
2. Fees for Cancellations:
- A cancellation fee may apply if the request is made after significant progress has been made on the service.
- No fees are charged for cancellations made prior to the commencement of any work.
3. Refunds for Cancellations:
- Refunds will be issued for eligible cancellations, as outlined in our Refund Policy.
- Refund processing may take up to 14 business days and will be issued using the original payment method via Stripe.
4. Cancellation Process:
To cancel a service or reservation:
